Last updated: March 22, 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

We collect your email, username, and profile photo when you create an account. We also store the thoughts you write and your reading activity to provide a personalized experience.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to power WordStash features: your feed, bookmarks, daily reading limits, and profile. We do not sell your data to anyone.

3. Data Storage

Your data is securely stored using Firebase, which provides industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Profile images are stored in Firebase Storage.

4. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

WordStash uses Firebase for authentication, database, and storage. We do not integrate with ad networks or analytics services that track you across apps.
